Babaji's most precious gift to humanity the Cosmic Cobra Breath, is an advanced and powerful Kriya method for transmuting sexual energy. It said by Kriya masters that a million disease-free years on Earth are needed to perfect and evolve a human brain capable of experiencing Cosmic Consciousness. Kriya practice enables one to move at a greatly accelerated pace, since each Cobra Breath produces one year of spiritual maturation. Receiving Cobra Breath:
Cobra Breath is a very secret and sacred tradition. It is an oral teaching that is not to be written down or recorded.
It is taught only by those authorized through direct lineage from Babaji. When receiving Cobra Breath, one must first promise not to reveal it to others. It is important to be properly prepared and have an appreciation of this gift when being initiated.
Cobra Breath is taught in the Ipsalu intensives. For those unable to attend a workshop, it is available through the TantraBliss Practicum correspondence course and a certified mentor.
There are seven levels of Cobra Breath. The first four levels are taught in Ipsalu workshops. The last three come to you when you are ready through meditation, dreams or visions.
Each Level Cobra Breath has a specific purpose and function that creates a safe sequence for opening chakras:
First Level Cobra Breath is a powerful method for quickly opening Ajna (the third eye ~ 6th Chakra). As this center is energized, you become able to perceive things as they truly are (witness consciousness), rather than in ways that only support your ego.
Second Level Cobra Breath balances your male/female energies and helps clear the lower three centers of repressed emotional debris. (1st, 2nd & 3rd - ego chakras)
Third Level Cobra Breath opens the heart and finally the throat centers ( 4th & 5th chakras) and also opens the central channel of the spine, helping Kundalini rise.
Fourth Level Cobra Breath opens the crown center ( 7th chakra), awakening Cosmic Connection, Divine Love.
